On January 22, 2025, as the festive Spring Festival holiday approached, all T&C employees gathered at the Impression Tengzhou Hotel to hold the 2024 Annual Meeting. At the meeting, T&C CNC leader Mr. Min first announced the theme of the annual meeting, which is "Happiness is productivity, building a family-friendly enterprise". Mr. Min then made a full-year work summary. Compared with 2023, all sales indicators this year have been greatly improved, and some new employees have achieved a leap of multiples. The annual production delivery rate has reached an astonishing 95%, which is really gratifying. In addition, outstanding employees and teams were encouraged and rewarded, and the hard work of employees for a year was fully recognized.
During the meeting, employees from various departments competed to display their talents, reciting heartfelt poems, cheerful sign language dances, and moving songs one after another, sending blessings for the new year.
