1. Bed frame

The standard chuck of this machine tool is a hydraulic chuck with a specification of 24 inches. The chuck is a waterproof chuck, and there is a sealing strip at the sliding fit between the chuck slide and the disc body, which can effectively prevent coolant from leaking to the spindle through the chuck and prevent chips from entering the sliding surface and damaging the slide.

The chuck end face has 3 T-shaped slots, making it convenient for customers to replace various fixtures and jigs. It has good adaptability and can meet the requirements of users for processing various parts.

The spindle unit of this series of machine tools adopts the advanced and mature structure in the current international design. The front support of the main shaft is composed of a double row cylindrical roller bearing and a bi-directional thrust angular contact ball bearing, and the rear support is a double row cylindrical roller bearing; The bearing adopts imported precision spindle bearings, and the lubrication of the bearing adopts imported high-speed grease. The axial and radial preload of the spindle system can be adjusted with a nut, which has high radial and axial stiffness. The inner ring of the roller bearing can adjust the radial clearance, thereby achieving the best machining accuracy and lower working temperature.

The main motor of this series of machine tools drives the spindle to rotate through imported synchronous belts, ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and low vibration of the entire transmission system to meet the cutting requirements of various conditions such as low-speed high torque and high-speed high power of the machine tool. The spindle box and the base are integrated through holes, thereby giving the machine tool spindle assembly high rigidity.

5. Feed system

The X/Z axis is driven by a servo motor and directly connected to a ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw adopts a fixed installation method at both ends.

Both axis guide rails use Taiwanese cylindrical rolling guide pairs, which are of the four directional equal load type, with high precision, large load capacity, and fast roller movement speed. Its outstanding advantages are small size, high precision, low maintenance costs, and it is the preferred configuration for users who pursue high precision and cost-effectiveness. 6. Hydraulic system and lubrication system

8. Cooling system (water cooling)

Using a cooling pump, the water pipes on the base of the machine are connected to flush out the iron filings on the machine body, thereby reducing the impact of waste materials on the machine.

The machine tool is equipped with an alarm device and an emergency stop button, which can prevent the machine tool from being damaged by various sudden failures.Due to the reasonable design of the software, the alarm can display the text and alarm number through the display, and indicate through the indicator light of the operation panel;The machine tool divides the alarm handling methods into three categories according to the situation: implement "emergency stop" for emergency alarm;Implement "feed hold" for general alarm; only "prompt" for operation error.

VIII. Quality Assurance Conditions

1.Procurement of castings

The main castings of this machine tool are supplied by domestic large-scale foundry manufacturers.Strict material inspection sheet and workpiece geometric dimension inspection sheet shall be issued.

2.Processing of main workpieces

Processing shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process flow, and each process shall have a processing accuracy inspection record to ensure that the workpiece processing meets the requirements of the drawings.

3. Procurement of main parts and components

Purchase in strict accordance with the requirements of technical documents to ensure the reliability of the machine tool.The above supply, processing and procurement process can be inspected and supervised by the customer at any time, and accepted according to the technical agreement.

VIII. Terms of Machine Tool Installation, Commissioning and After-sales Service

1.Machine tool installation and commissioning

After the machine tool arrives at the destination, the Demander shall be responsible for unloading and lifting during installation and commissioning.Before the commissioning personnel of the Supplier arrive, the Demander shall prepare for the commissioning according to the requirements of the Supplier.The Purchaser shall notify the Supplier of commissioning 48 hours in advance.The demander or the final user shall complete the construction according to the requirements of the foundation drawing, and the machine tool shall be installed in place and the three-phase power line shall be led to the electrical cabinet.

2. Technical training

A. After the machine tool arrives at the demander's site, the supplier shall send technical service personnel to carry out on-site commissioning and acceptance.Conduct on-site training (2-3 days) for the demander's operators, and explain the performance of the machine tool and the editing method of the system.So that the demander operator has a detailed understanding of the machine tool, and can edit and process the typical parts..

B. The demander can dispatch personnel to the manufacturer's site for further training according to its own production conditions, and the round-trip travel expenses shall be borne by itself.The supplier's on-site training is free of charge. The specific study time is determined by the demander.

3. After-sales service guarantee

A. Conditions and time limit for the Supplier to be responsible for the quality: after the machine tool passes the acceptance, it begins to enter the warranty period, which is 12 months.The equipment is subject to three guarantees, and the warranty period is one year.

B. In case of equipment failure during use, the supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the notice from the demander, and work out a treatment plan within 8 hours.If on-site treatment is required, assign personnel to the demander for treatment within 48 hours.

C. In case of failure during the warranty period,The Supplier shall provide free maintenance service (except for machine tool damage caused by human factors of the Demander or the end user);The cost shall be charged for the failure caused by improper use;

D. After the machine tool arrives at the user's factory, the installation and commissioning cannot be carried out on time due to the demander's reasons.When the warranty period expires, the three guarantees service will no longer be provided.
